There are 3 bedrooms and a total of 3 full bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements consist of 3 king beds. Linens are provided, ensuring a restful and enjoyable stay for everyone in your group.

The master bedroom offers a unique and stunning view of the canal while also providing direct access to the patio and hot tub area, allowing you to step outside and relax in the comfort of your own private oasis. On the other hand the kitchen/living room opens up to that same area and overlooks the hot tub, patio, and dock; providing breathtaking views of the tranquil canal. “Edgewater Escape” can accommodate up to 8 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
• Bedroom #1: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom #2: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom #3: Queen Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
• Extra beds: Floor mattress (2) - Sleeps 2

SOAPS NOT PROVIDED: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash

•Coffee Maker Type: Combo (both K-cup and drip) A k-cup and creamer small starter bundle is provided.
•Toilet Paper Provided: 3 rolls per bathroom
•Paper Towel Provided: 2 rolls per kitchen
•Towel/Hand Towel/Washcloth: 1 set per stated occupant plus 1 extra set per bathroom
•Beach Towels: 2 per bedroom

HOT TUB: The spa is manually operated. Once turned on it can be set to your desired temperature, below 104º.

PET POLICY: This home has a $30/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $750/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

The boat dock is not allowed to be used for docking personal or rented boats unless you get approval from management!

Get To Know The Area!: Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down to the soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach or to little Shell Beach to find sand dollars and an assortment of other sea shells. Head to the South side of Siesta key to check out Turtle Beach; a more secluded beach with less people and great surf fishing on the south end.

Visit one of the centerpieces of Siesta Key, the AMI City Pier where there is great fishing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Take a stroll down the Coquina Baywalk and Leffis Key to find a small nature walk with peaceful walking trails.

Take the provided bicycles all around the island and search for the 6 beaches that AMI has to offer (can you find them all?); Coquina Beach, Manatee Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Cortez Beach and Anna Maria Beach (with Bean Point being part of that).

Amazing time

"You can’t beat this location being so close St. Armand's Circle and also have access being on the canal. The kayaks were a great added touch. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock, and we were able to walk one block to St. Armand's every morning for breakfast and coffee. There is so much to see and do and we felt safe letting out teenagers wander around. It was the best of both worlds because we had all the activities and amazing shops in the downtown area but then you have the backyard and it was peace and tranquil with the canal and water. Makes for happy vacationing! The screened-in porch was also nice after dinners.

"My husband and I spent two weeks at this fabulous house. We loved everything about our stay. Beautifully renovated and appointed, bright, clean and spacious. Although it had 3 bedrooms, we only used the one master bedroom. French doors provided a great view of the canal right behind the home. Enjoyed sitting out in the back screened porch as well. It was a quick hop, skip and jump to St Armands Circle…. Steps away from great restaurants and shops. The kitchen had everything we needed so cooked in a good amount as well. Looking forward to our return next year. ( already booked a few weeks) :) Thank you, Destination Paradise… you were great to work with!!!

"This was our first time renting with Destination Paradise and we could not be happier. Their service from start to finish was super helpful and easy. They were proactive in communicating with us and anticipating our needs, including making great recommendations for restaurants and nearby rentals. The house itself was perfect. It was better in person that the pictures and the setting was beautiful. It is within walking distance to St. Armand's Circle for shopping and dining. A little longer walk or 3 min drive to beach. The canal in the backyard was amazing! We put the house kayaks to use in the canal and hung out with the manatees who visited us multiple times a day. The beds were comfortable, furnishings great and kitchen was well adorned with plates/cups/cookware. We will definitely return. Thank you for everything!
