Get To Know The Area!: Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down to the soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach or to little Shell Beach to find sand dollars and an assortment of other sea shells. Head to the South side of Siesta key to check out Turtle Beach; a more secluded beach with less people and great surf fishing on the south end.

Visit one of the centerpieces of Siesta Key, the AMI City Pier where there is great fishing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Take a stroll down the Coquina Baywalk and Leffis Key to find a small nature walk with peaceful walking trails.

Take the provided bicycles all around the island and search for the 6 beaches that AMI has to offer (can you find them all?); Coquina Beach, Manatee Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Cortez Beach and Anna Maria Beach (with Bean Point being part of that).

Stunning beachhouse!

"Stunning beach house! Our family loved waking up to the crashing waves on Nokomis Beach/Casey Key every morning. This home has everything you can imagine - beautiful chef's kitchen, decks on every level to enjoy outside and sunset. Ample rooms, bathrooms and amenities. Access to the beach is phenomenal! Our kids loved swimming in the ocean, fishing off the beach and walking distance to jetty, Pelican Alley, ice cream shop, and Pops! Ideal location for a family beach getaway!

Beautiful home in paradise!

"This home is absolutely stunning from top to bottom. The kitchen is a chef's dream! The private beaches are a perfect retreat - you literally have the whole beach to yourself! My family and I booked this for a small retreat after our wedding in Ft. Lauderdale. We had the entire top floor to ourselves with the beautiful patio overlooking the ocean and fully enjoyed watching the sunsets every night. Leading up to and during our stay, the property owner was super responsive and helpful. Do yourself a favor and book this place immediately. The area the home is in is also great- pretty easy to get to and quick access to a nearby grocery (Publix). A bit further away is Detwiler's Farm Market, which is AMAZING! Endless fruits and veggies for great prices!! That being said, the neighbor is a bit "funny" about the property lines and you do need to be mindful of getting to/from the beach avoiding his property. Though we found him to be very courteous and friendly when we ran into him. We also happened to be there during the peak of red tide (beware!) and were not able to fully enjoy the beach every day - though we did have a solid 4 good days! Just be mindful of the red tide in FL and what implications that may have. Ultimately, I would book this property again and again and hope to be back there soon!

Family Vacation

"We had some small issues when we first got there but a quick phone call and the property manager answered within 30 minutes and had everything taken care of. This was our second stay here but first with the whole house. There were 8 of us and plenty of room on all 3 floors. The access to the beach is great and the chairs for the beach, umbrellas and little wagon to get stuff to the beach was great. Because their were 8 of us a couple more umbrellas or maybe a beach canopy or awning would have been great for our bigger group and maybe a little cooler so you don’t need to run back inside so often. Great experience, great house and great location

What a view!!!

"Morning coffee on the deck and evening cocktails on the deck....life is so good! The house is as pictured with luxurious bedding and plenty of towels (including beach). The kitchen is fully equipped from multiple cutting boards to all kinds of glassware. And it's so nice to cook on gas for this foodie. We enjoyed our two week holiday and would come back without question. Oh and did I mention the view!!
