“Jetties Pointe #4” can accommodate up to 6 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

•Living Room: Full Sofa Bed (1) - Sleeps 2 children

PET POLICY: This home has a $15/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collect. Get To Know The Area!: Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down to the soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach or to little Shell Beach to find sand dollars and an assortment of other sea shells. Head to the South side of Siesta key to check out Turtle Beach; a more secluded beach with less people and great surf fishing on the south end.

Visit one of the centerpieces of Siesta Key, the AMI City Pier where there is great fishing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Take a stroll down the Coquina Baywalk and Leffis Key to find a small nature walk with peaceful walking trails.

Take the provided bicycles all around the island and search for the 6 beaches that AMI has to offer (can you find them all?); Coquina Beach, Manatee Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Cortez Beach and Anna Maria Beach (with Bean Point being part of that).

New Found Paradise

"We already loved this area for beach vacations, but finding this property has taken it to another level. The tranquility, peace and quiet of Nokomis and particularly this spot made our trip just exactly what I needed. I was able to completely let go of all the strain of work and daily living. The most relaxed I’ve been in years. The apartment had everything we needed, was extremely comfortable and one of the best views I’ve seen. This has become our new go to for a get away for the two of us. Thank you for a great experience.

Excellent Visit

"This is our second time staying in this unit and the first time since the new owners completed all the upgrades! We absolutely love this private little slice of paradise. The unit has everything you need for a great stay! The unit is quiet. Private beach area. We would love to see a pillow topper added to the master bed but it won’t keep us from booking again. We plan to return next year as this is our favorite vacation spot. Close restaurants, friendly neighbors. We love the small town family feel of this town, complex, and beach. Thanks for having us and we will be back soon!

"The ocean views are incredible! They're even more enjoyable because the beach is private, reserved for only the residents of the condos. The neighborhood is perfect for bike rides and long walks. Great restaurants are nearby also. I just made reservations for my third return trip!

Wonderful Oceanfront Location

"Wonderful oceanfront location on Casey Key. Very clean unit. Comfortable beds and living accommodations. Suitably equipped with kitchenware for cooking and dining in. Great view from the lanai - many hours spent relaxing there! Excellent restaurants a short walk away.

"This property location on the beach is perfect. The hosts also supply beach chairs, beach toys and towels. There is a gorgeous gas fire bowl and comfortable chairs just off the beach where you can sit and enjoy the sunset.
