“Jetties Pointe #3” can accommodate up to 6 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
•Bedroom #1: King Bed (1) - Sleeps 2
•Bedroom #2: Twin Beds (2) - Sleeps 2
•Living Room: Full Sofa Bed (1) - Sleeps 2 children

PET POLICY: This home has a $15/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Get To Know The Area!: Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down to the soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach or to little Shell Beach to find sand dollars and an assortment of other sea shells. Head to the South side of Siesta key to check out Turtle Beach; a more secluded beach with less people and great surf fishing on the south end.

Visit one of the centerpieces of Siesta Key, the AMI City Pier where there is great fishing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Take a stroll down the Coquina Baywalk and Leffis Key to find a small nature walk with peaceful walking trails.

Take the provided bicycles all around the island and search for the 6 beaches that AMI has to offer (can you find them all?); Coquina Beach, Manatee Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Cortez Beach and Anna Maria Beach (with Bean Point being part of that).

Lovely getaway

"Property was perfectly located on its own private beach. We took full advantage of the beach daily including evening sunsets. Other quests at this property were all friendly but not intrusive. However neighbor in house next door was somewhat of a problem. Cottage #3 was clean but tiny and older. The one bathroom was fine for us but would be problematic if 6 people actually stayed there. Bathtub needs to be replaced and did not drain properly. All in all we loved the location and had a very relaxing time.

"The direct access and view of the beach were our favorite things about the cottage. We loved the swings, chairs, and tiki huts. The location was great: near parks and restaurants and a marina. Pet friendly so next time I'll bring my dog. Can't wait to come back.

Tranquility and Privacy on the beach

"We were extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised by the privacy, and overall quiet atmosphere, this beautiful property afforded us. Kudos to the owners of the property who are working very hard to update the building and very attentive to everyone’s needs. Accessibility is also a big benefit as the pave patio And recreation area just before the beach offers a wonderful setting just outside your door. We were very pleased with our stay!

"I love the location & the property alike. It was just myself and teen daughter so it was a perfect size for us. It’s super clean and cute. The property has the private beach access and beautiful back yard. We also rented the golf cart which was enjoyable to get around the island. Sunset Paradise

The pictures in the listing do not even begin to show just how peaceful and beautiful the property is. It is just far enough away from any public beach access that it feels like a private beach at times. We would definitely stay again.
