“Jetties Pointe #2” can accommodate up to 4 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
•Bedroom #1: King Bed (1) - Sleeps 2
•Living Room: Full Sofa Bed (1) - Sleeps 2 children

PET POLICY: This home has a $15/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Get To Know The Area!: Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down to the soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach or to little Shell Beach to find sand dollars and an assortment of other sea shells. Head to the South side of Siesta key to check out Turtle Beach; a more secluded beach with less people and great surf fishing on the south end.

Visit one of the centerpieces of Siesta Key, the AMI City Pier where there is great fishing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Take a stroll down the Coquina Baywalk and Leffis Key to find a small nature walk with peaceful walking trails.

Take the provided bicycles all around the island and search for the 6 beaches that AMI has to offer (can you find them all?); Coquina Beach, Manatee Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Cortez Beach and Anna Maria Beach (with Bean Point being part of that).

"We really enjoyed this place. The rental had everything we needed. It was very clean and decorated nice. Loved the outside sitting area. The location was super great. We felt like we had our own secluded beach. We would love to come back and stay again.

Complete vacation

"We really enjoyed the whole week we were there. Good to see Volker and Caroline. Brian and his wife and of course the cool dog. We couldn’t make it down last fall, but the storm repairs and upgrades around there were well done. We plan to come back October 2026 and stay longer. Thanks for having a great “destination “ for us to vacation.

Cozy little hidden jewel with breathtaking sunsets and lots of TURTLES!

"Me and my husband just visited this beach for the first time and it was everything that we ever wanted in a vacation. When you step out the back of the condo, the beach is only steps away and I mean only a few steps. I was so happy with this place as it was not fancy but it was so cozy and clean. They had a very nice laundry area with 2 very nice washers and dryers, enough to accomodate the 6 units on the propery. There were 2 grills out back, a hammock, plenty of chairs and two very nice swings hanging from an old pine tree that I imagine has lasted through many hurricanes and storms but is still going strong! We saw dolphins and sting rays. There were many turtle nests so we were able to witness a nest of sea turtles hatching, which has been a dream of mine! We watched from the moment they emerged from the sand with one little eyeball peeping out to the entire nest making its way to the ocean just moments before the sunset! Because this property is so relaxed, peaceful and not overcrowded, me and my husband and a local lady in sea turtle rescue were the only ones there to witness this. My husband fished from the North Jetty which was less than a mile walk from our unit and also tried some surf fishing right out the back of our property. We ate at the nearby Pop's Place three different times and had amazing food and great service. We had HOMEMADE ice cream at Sweet Melissa's which I highly recommed and is just around the corner. The best ice cream I've ever had so we made several trips for that! LOL!! If you have never visited this beach, I highly recommend it. It is a short drive to Venice Beach, Sarasota, Anna Maria and several other smaller beaches that are hidden gems along the way. We found over 300 sharks teeth at Casperson and Venice beaches. We met some very sweet locals and have made lifetime friends from this vacation. I could go on and on about this place and have even thought of moving to this area one day. To top it all off, our last morning as we were packing up our stuff, my husband left the front door of the condo open to pack up and when he came back inside there was a baby sea turtle laying in the kitchen floor that had crawled in while the door was open. The nest had hatched that night on our property and he had gotten lost and ended up coming around the street side of the condo into our unit. Talking about a sweet surprise!!!! Many sweet memories were made and we would most definately stay at this place again and hopefully very soon!

"This property location on the beach is perfect. The hosts also supply beach chairs, beach toys and towels. There is a gorgeous gas fire bowl and comfortable chairs just off the beach where you can sit and enjoy the sunset.

Amazing Family Vacation!

"Just wanted to let you know how much my family and I appreciated our vacation at Jetties Pointe. The condo was well equipped and lovely. The screened porch is a great feature and the private beach is spectacular. The area you have completed with the grills and fire pit and beautiful furniture is amazing to say the least. We ate our dinners there several evenings and enjoyed every minute. The rest of the guests were friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed and pleasant. We all agree that your property is a gem. Thanks very much, hope we will have the opportunity to stay there again.
