This beach home is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Check out the beautiful panoramic views of miles and miles of beach, spectacular sun rises and amazing moon rises. Experience endless beach walks, fishing, swimming, sun bathing, paddle and skim boarding, surfing, shell and shark teeth searching...the list goes on. Enjoy lounging on our very spacious deck, watching the waves come crashing in. Our beautiful home is located on A1A about 5 miles north of the North Bridge going into historical St. Augustine where you can enjoy touring the town by trolley, golf cart, walking, or car. Endless fun for everyone!

Purchase a temporary membership to the Serenata Beach Club and enjoy all of the amenities that they have to offer! Serenata boasts a restaurant with an indoor and outdoor pool side bar, 2 pools (1 is adult only and 1 is for families), hot tub, fitness center, and more! Once you make a booking, information will be emailed to you on how to sign up.

“Sea Spray” can accommodate up to 12 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
•Bedroom #1, Top Floor: King Bed (1) - Sleeps 2
•Bedroom #2, Middle Floor: King Bed (1) - Sleeps 2
•Bedroom #3, Bottom Floor: King Bed (1) - Sleeps 2
•Bedroom #4, Bottom Floor: Bunk Beds Twin over Full (2) - Sleeps 6

PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collect. Get To Know The Area!: Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down the beach to find shark’s teeth, sand dollars, and an assortment of other sea shells

Visit one of the centerpieces of St Augustine, the Lightner Museum. The architecture of this building is nothing short of amazing, but is even better when seen during St Augustine’s “Nights of Lights” that really lights up this and all St Augustine’s buildings from mid November through the end of January. Discover the rich history of historic St. Augustine by visiting landmarks like the Old Jail Museum, St. Augustine Lighthouse and Maritime Museum, The Bridge of Lions and Ponce De Leon’s Fountain of Youth.

Take a stroll down Magnolia Street where the cascading branches of the oak trees are so amazing that they have been featured in many publications, including National Geographic Magazine. St. George Street, a pedestrian only road in the heart of the historic district, is lined with charming shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Make sure to go to Anastasia State Park for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, birdwatching, and experience their pristine white sand beaches and vibrant history.

Head over to the St Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park and sign up for one of their many animal encounters. Get up close to them feed the alligators, crocodiles, Galapagos turtles, and also sloths. They offer educational shows, zip lines, and plenty of exhibits of native Florida wildlife.

Travel back in time, all the way to 1565 by walking through one of the 4 forts in St Augustine including Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, the oldest masonry fortification in the continental United States as well as Fort Matanzas National Monument, an historic Spanish fort located on Rattlesnake Island.

Best View on the Coast

"The house was just as pictured. Close to the water. Lots of seating inside & out. Beautiful views. Everyone loved it. We got to take the doodles and all the kiddies had fun. Lots of beach 🏖️ things to use in garage we appreciated that. It was absolutely beautiful. 20 steps to the water!!! The gas fire pit !!!!! Oh my that was beautiful you can’t go wrong with this gem

"House was very nice in a great location. We were there the week of the 4th of July and the beach was rarely crowded even with the public parking. Home was well kept and perfect for what we needed. We had a large family group and it fit us perfectly.

"Best beach house at Ponte Vedra Beach that we have stayed at! The house is well kept. Maintenance in other houses we stayed at has been laxing. Not here! We had a group of 11 stay and we all had an amazing week. Love the fire pit too. We will be revisiting for sure!!

Beautiful Getaway!

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The beach is beautiful. Shell hunting every morning with a cup of coffee was our favorite past time. Really enjoyed this house and all it's amenities, especially the spacious ocean-view deck. Property is as pictured. Really enjoyed it.

Wonderful Beach Home

"Many beach home rentals don't quite match the pictures displayed, but this place is exactly as the pictures plus the quality of the equipment is first class. All the furniture coordinated in the living area to the rug on the floors. This place is well maintained, the remaining rooms well decorated with comfy beds. Beautiful deck with plush seating and a grill for BBQ. We utilized the firepit for a nice day end event. We do come every year to St Augustine because we like all the restaurants with waterfront seating and this house compliments the atmosphere of the area, it is about 5 miles to everything the area has to offer. The only negative for us, it is located next to a public access parking lot and on weekends is crowded with fishermen using multiple polls and it blocks activities for non-fishing people. For us this house had everything we required, from first class equipment to responsive communications from management. We would stay here again if available for our next trip.

Best equipped house ever

"One of the best rental properties I have ever rented. The kitchen has everything you could need, hand mixer, blender, great ice machine, tons of silverware, plates, bowls, etc.., griddle, crock pot, waffle iron, toaster, and a good amount of counter. Then there is the garage full of everything needed for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, surf board, paddle board, boogie boards, sand toys, fishing rods, and a cooler on wheels. Amazing. All beds were very comfortable. The porch is a great place to park your self and enjoy.

"This place was perfect! There were 3 couples and this house fit us perfectly. Well appointed and situated right on the beach. The deck is the best! Restaurants and quaint St Augustine is only 15 min down the road. No problem getting an Uber too. I can’t say enough about this amazing house, the pictures are true to what you get.
