Premier local manager, Destination Paradise welcomes you to “Lido Sands”… a cozy 4 bedroom 3 bath vacation home with a great private heated pool and spa and awesome lounge area! This 2 story home sleeps up to 10. It is located right on the fringe of St Armands Circle and is just minutes from Lido Key Beach and Longboat Key. It is also 3 houses away from the beach and a private path right to Lido Beach!

This Lido Key home is only steps from beautiful Florida famous waters and beaches. This private 2 story home features 2 master suites along with 2 guest bedrooms all fitted with King beds and a large Smart TV. Easily sleep 10 guests with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some privacy. The living room opens right into the brand new pool and hot tub patio for amazing indoor/outdoor living. There is plenty of seating on the patio for everyone to soak up the Florida Sun or just relax in the pool. We are conveniently located with easy walking distance to Lido Beach (100 yards) as well as St. Armands Circle (5 minute walk) with plenty of shopping and restaurants to enjoy.

“Lido Sands” can accommodate up to 10 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
•Bedroom #1: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2; sleeper sofa (1) - sleeps: 2
•Bedroom #2: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
•Bedroom #3: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
•Bedroom #4: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2

***PLEASE NOTE***

POOL HEATER RULES:
Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temps are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).
The spa has a timer of 3 hours, once turned on and can be run at any time and will heat to 100º

PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Get To Know The Area!: Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down to the soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach or to little Shell Beach to find sand dollars and an assortment of other sea shells. Head to the South side of Siesta key to check out Turtle Beach; a more secluded beach with less people and great surf fishing on the south end.

Visit one of the centerpieces of Siesta Key, the AMI City Pier where there is great fishing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Take a stroll down the Coquina Baywalk and Leffis Key to find a small nature walk with peaceful walking trails.

Take the provided bicycles all around the island and search for the 6 beaches that AMI has to offer (can you find them all?); Coquina Beach, Manatee Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Cortez Beach and Anna Maria Beach (with Bean Point being part of that).

Living Large at Lido Sands!

"Wow! Lido Sands checked everything off the list and accommodated our family of 6 adults, our precious and busy 2yr old granddaughter and 1 handsome and well trained granddog well. Having loved Lido for over forty years, I knew this house would be a perfect fit…. Location Location Location…beach, the Circle, boating, biking, running, walking etc! The house provided privacy for all to enjoy their own room and bath as well as good gathering spots both in den/dining areas and poolside/jacuzzi. Any questions that arose were immediately taken care of…we were grateful for the beach chairs, umbrella, carts and beach toys provided and everything else that made our week together one we shall never forget!

Wonderful Stay!!!

"Very clean! Great location to the beautiful beach. The short walk was a pleasant trail. Had all the basics, even for a 1 year old, plus more. I was very pleased with how everything went, from check in to check out. Very nice maintenance staff and host if/ when they are needed. Older children had a blast in the pool. Hot tub was a nice addition, as well as the massage chair. Will definitely stay again when we are in this area!

Perfection

"This house was perfect for our family Christmas. We brought our five adult children and 2 grandchildren. The location is ideal for walking to the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. My grandchildren ages 2 and 4 loved the hot tub and pool. The coffee pot was amazing. The Mote Aquarium was close and we enjoyed the kayak tour. They also provided bicycles which had comfortable seats. We would highly recommend this property.

"A short walk to a beautiful beach, as well as a short walk to St. Armand's Circle where the restaurants are great and the shopping is excellent. The only problem............ two weeks was not long enough.
