Premier local manager, Destination Paradise welcomes you to “The President”… a cozy 3 bedroom 3 bath vacation home with a great private heated pool and lounge area! This ranch style home sleeps up to 8. It is located right on the fringe of St Armands Circle and is just minutes from Lido Key Beach and Longboat Key.

Lido Key is located off the coast of downtown Sarasota and directly across the cascading Ringling Causeway. Sarasota's northern island is a host to multiple serene, white-sand beaches within walking distance of the cosmopolitan St.Armands Circle - which boasts stunning architecture, glamorous shopping, and a plethora of dining opportunities. The surrounding neighborhoods allow close accessibility to the many amenities that Lido Key has to offer, while still being a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Walk 150 yards to St. Armands for dinner or night out, before returning to a lighted heated pool and spa to end the evening. The pool deck is complete with recliners, chairs and a dining table for real outdoor living. Retire to comfy new beds which will insure a blissful sleep to start the new day. Visit this home once and you will return! There is an abundant amount of Activities and Attractions in Sarasota/Bradenton/Siesta. These are just a few of the many treasures and cultural events. Benderson Park, Mote Marine Aquarium, Ringling Museum of Art, Florida's Largest Wildlife Rescue / Rehabilitation Center with the Pelican Man, Selby Botanical Gardens,Museum of the Circus, Children's fountain at Island Park, Myakka River and Park, Ed Smith Stadium Sport Complex, Sarasota Ballet (Oct-Apr), Van Wezel Performing Arts, Florida Studio Theatre, Sarasota Opera House, The Asolo Theatre, and Players Theatre. Leisure time can be spent on shops, galleries, golfing, tennis, ice skating, water sports like; fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, diving, jet skis, water skiing or leisure boating. You can spend the entire day at our famous St. Armands Circle with its award winning indoor or outdoor dining, upscale shopping, and galleries. People from around the world come to choose from one of our many famous beaches:Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Beach. The famous white beaches you have always dreamed off! Beautiful gated home with very private heated pool and patios surrounded by lush landscaping on all sides, and stucco privacy wall. Our home is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath beach home with newly resurfaced pebble-tec pool. 2 bicycles are included for endless cycling and touring the island. Enjoy a peaceful evening around a cozy gas fire ring along with swimming in your very private pool surrounded by tropical palms. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee and morning paper in hand on a relaxing porch swing in the front garden area enjoying the warmth of the morning sun, sweet smells of orange blossoms, and soft sounds of a waterfall trickling into the koi pond surrounded by palms and lush tropical plants. If you're hungry, enjoy grilling your favorite meal on another patio with table and plenty of chairs for entertaining. Step outside the privacy gate, and take a short stroll into beautiful St. Armands Circle where you can enjoy the village's boutiques, restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops...the options are endless! Our home is nestled among lush landscaping, steps away from the Circle and Lido Beach providing a complete package of sun, fun, rest, and relaxation.

“The President” can accommodate up to 8 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
•Bedroom #1: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2; 2 twin fold out floor mattresses (2) - sleeps: 2
•Bedroom #2: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
•Bedroom #3: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2

***PLEASE NOTE***

POOL HEATER RULES:
Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temps are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).

PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Get To Know The Area!: Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down to the soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach or to little Shell Beach to find sand dollars and an assortment of other sea shells. Head to the South side of Siesta key to check out Turtle Beach; a more secluded beach with less people and great surf fishing on the south end.

Visit one of the centerpieces of Siesta Key, the AMI City Pier where there is great fishing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Take a stroll down the Coquina Baywalk and Leffis Key to find a small nature walk with peaceful walking trails.

Take the provided bicycles all around the island and search for the 6 beaches that AMI has to offer (can you find them all?); Coquina Beach, Manatee Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Cortez Beach and Anna Maria Beach (with Bean Point being part of that).

"This was the second time in less than a year that we stayed in this wonderful home! The location can’t be beat and the responsiveness of the owner made the rental experience a pleasure. Though it’s not a huge home, with the master bedroom on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other gave everyone a sense of privacy and spaciousness. We took full advantage of the well-appointed kitchen and made lots of terrific meals. The only thing missing from the kitchen is a 5-6 quart dutch oven/soup pot. We hope to stay here again in the near future.

"This home is amazing. It’s better than the pictures. All you need to do is pack your bags and check in. Plenty of space, very clean, updated, and well appointed. We loved the outdoor space and pool. Saint Armand’s is a short walk to eat or shop, and Lido Beach is a 5 min drive. The gated home was a bonus. We look forward to our stay next year 😊

"The house was very clean! Couldn't ask for a better location, a couple minute walk to shopping, restaurants, and beach. We made the change to Lido Key this year from Siesta Key, and we will never go back! Definitely will book this again for next year.

"Wonderful experience with the property managers and the location is unbeatable. Pool is fenced in for those worried about kid safety. A little bit of a walk to the beach but right off of all of the shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend
