Premier local manager, Destination Paradise welcomes you to “High Tide”… a cozy 5 bedroom 4 bath vacation home with an awesome outdoor lounge area! This ranch style home sleeps up to 11. It is located in the heart of Siesta Key and is just minutes from world famous Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Key Village.

“High Tide” is less than 500 yards to secluded Shell Beach! When you don’t have your toes buried in the fine white sand sun bathing with friends and family, relax on the large private pool patio. Plenty of room for everyone to relax under the lush tropical palm landscape or take a swim into the heated pool and spa. Kick back in the evenings around the propane fire-pit and enjoy cooking on the grill. This home features 3 master bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. Both of which have direct access to outdoor patio. A fourth bedroom has a private outdoor sitting area accessed through a sliding glass door. All bedrooms (except bunk bed room) are fitted with large smart TVs. Have fun cooking and eating in the updated kitchen with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Wake up with a hot cup of coffee brewed from the combo coffee maker. Enjoy your coffee and breakfast sitting at the outdoor dining table while you admire the morning sun shine through the Florida palm trees. Your paradise is closer than you think, we look forward to having you as a guest.

“High Tide” can accommodate up to 10 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
• Bedroom #1, King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom #2, King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom #3, Queen Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom #4, Bunk/Trundle Bed (2) - Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom #5, King Bed (1) - Sleeps 2

SOAPS NOT PROVIDED: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash

•Coffee Maker Type: Combo (both K-cup and drip) A k-cup and creamer small starter bundle is provided.
•Toilet Paper Provided: 3 rolls per bathroom
•Paper Towel Provided: 2 rolls per kitchen
•Towel/Hand Towel/Washcloth: 1 set per stated occupant plus 1 extra set per bathroom
•Beach Towels: 2 per bedroom
•Kitchen spices/oils are not provided but are often left by previous guests

•Beach Chairs: 5-6
•Umbrella: 1-2
•Beach Wagon: 1
•Floats and Beach Toys are not provided, but often left by previous guests

POOL HEATER RULES:
Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temps are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).
The spa has a timer of 3 hours, once turned on and can be run at any time and will heat to 100º

PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive/Large breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. Unclaimed pets will result in a minimum fine of $500/pet. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Get To Know The Area!: Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down to the soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach or to little Shell Beach to find sand dollars and an assortment of other sea shells. Head to the South side of Siesta key to check out Turtle Beach; a more secluded beach with less people and great surf fishing on the south end.

Visit one of the centerpieces of Siesta Key, the AMI City Pier where there is great fishing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Take a stroll down the Coquina Baywalk and Leffis Key to find a small nature walk with peaceful walking trails.

Take the provided bicycles all around the island and search for the 6 beaches that AMI has to offer (can you find them all?); Coquina Beach, Manatee Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Cortez Beach and Anna Maria Beach (with Bean Point being part of that).

"The Property was absolutely beautiful, and the house was surprisingly cute, very comfortable, and quite large, You may not see that when you pull up but it has wonderful driveway space, cute little garage that was clean and well organized. The house was clean and very organized and the pool and the hot tub my kids and husband lived in. Our host Travis could not have been more accommodating with quick responses and went above the average host to make sure we were comfortable. I would recommend this home and any of their other properties!

our new “happy” place

"Our original rental was destroyed in hurricane's destruction so we were quickly pressed into finding something that would adequately meet our needs. We happened upon Destination Paradise's High Tide 170 and were very well pleased. Upon our arrival it was evident that Siesta Key had been hit hard, but the property owners & staff had done an exceptional job of putting this place back together and were readily available for any assistance needed throughout our stay. The house is large enough to fill with family and friends without feeling crowded. The large open concept living, kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining. 3 of the 5 bedrooms are ensuite which is especially a plus if guests aren't family. The most enjoyed space for everyone was outdoors with the pool, spa, firepit, grilling and dining options. This was our first extended stay vacation since retirement and High Tide 170 made it a wonderful experience for us. We've booked it for next year and anticipate many more memorable moments on Siesta Key.

"This property was a perfect destination for a family vacation of 10! Well maintained with a beautiful living area inside and outside! The hosts were very easy to get in touch with, and ready to make our vacation stay all it could be. Everything was clean and neat, the kitchen had all the gadgets and dishware necessary to make us feel right at home! On top of everything else, this property is centrally located to make it easily accessible by car or golf cart to different beaches, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!! Seamless experience

"Everything was excellent. We used all of the 5 bedrooms with our crew of 8 plus a baby. It was just a couple minutes to Siesta Key beach and also to downtown Sarasota which is a plus. We had no issues with anything in the house. It was very clean. Pool area was very nice. We had the best time.

Perfect getaway

"Booking with Trey was the easiest and best experience possible. Wish I hadn't spent time prior looking myself. The house was AMAZING! Every room was beautiful and had everything you could ever need. House was away from the busy parts of the area so that was nice. The backyard and pool was beyond perfect! The only thing about the backyard was the house is right next to the street so the traffic was kinda noisy at times, but that can't be helped. I did not want to leave at the end of my stay and would LOVE to go back and stay again! You will not be disappointed if you book!

"We were there for Christmas as a family, lots of space, cooked most of our meals in, kitchen and outdoor grill were just what we needed. We rented a golf cart which worked out great. Wonderful Property!

"This property is very accommodating for a large family or group. We loved that everyone had their own beds to sleep in and bathrooms. The house was clean and looks just like the pictures. The outdoor patio area and pool were wonderful as was the location. Trey (Property Manager) was very responsive. We loved this area of FL and will definitely stay at this property again.

"We loved everything about this house! Amazing layout inside with plenty of room for two families to spread out yet connect in the living space and large kitchen. What was truly unforgettable was the outdoor patio/pool/spa/fireplace area. The perfect combination of sun and shade. Biked to town often making it very convenient. Loved the house!

Beautiful Property

"Our kids and grandkids joined us for a week at this property and we had a wonderful time. Bedrooms gave plenty of room for everyone to spread out and each having their own bathroom was really nice. The house was well supplied and had several nice beach chairs, working bicycles, a wagon for the beach toys, plenty of towels, and dishes. The outdoor pool space was large and comfortable. We would recommend this property to anyone who has a large family who wants to vacation together. Very comfortable.
