Premier local manager, Destination Paradise welcomes you to “Cabbage Palm Cottage”… a beautifully renovated, nautical themed, 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation condo. Enjoy your morning coffee or vacation drink by the shared HEATED AND CHILLED wading pool(3 1/2 feet deep) to enjoy perfect temperatures year round! “Cabbage Palm Cottage” is JUST a 4 minute walk to the #1 beach in the USA. Equipped with spacious bedrooms: The first bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds with ensuite bathroom. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. Brand new mattresses.

This listing is for 1 of 2 condos, adjoined by a shared breezeway and pool. The listing for the other condo is “Sea Grape Cottage”. The listing for “Royal Palm Retreat” combines these condos for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.

New wall mounted TVs throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. Brand new private heated wading pool (3 1/2 feet deep) with sun shelf and seating bench. “Cabbage Palm Cottage” accommodates up to 6 people. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart are provided at this property. Private parking for 2 cars.

The lush tropical landscaping is illuminated at night creating a special experience and private porches and outdoor seating are provided for lounging and al fresco dining. Private washer and dryer on site. There is also a propane grill.

“Cabbage Palm Cottage” can accommodate up to 6 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
• Bedroom # 1, King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom # 2, Twin Beds (2) - Sleeps: 2
• Living Room, 1st Floor: Queen Sofa Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2

***PLEASE NOTE***

POOL HEATER RULES: Pool heat temp is set at 83º in colder weather and is chilled to 86º when relief from the Florida summers is needed. The heater runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temps are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).

PET POLICY: This home has a $15/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

A SIGNED DESTINATION PARADISE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS.

Get To Know The Area!: Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down to the soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach or to little Shell Beach to find sand dollars and an assortment of other sea shells. Head to the South side of Siesta key to check out Turtle Beach; a more secluded beach with less people and great surf fishing on the south end.

Visit one of the centerpieces of Siesta Key, the AMI City Pier where there is great fishing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Take a stroll down the Coquina Baywalk and Leffis Key to find a small nature walk with peaceful walking trails.

Take the provided bicycles all around the island and search for the 6 beaches that AMI has to offer (can you find them all?); Coquina Beach, Manatee Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Cortez Beach and Anna Maria Beach (with Bean Point being part of that).

"We had a wonderful time at 1125 Starfish!! The unit was exactly as described, very clean, and had all amenities needed for our stay. The beach is a just a short walk and the unit has a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and toys. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a long day at the beach and kitchen was perfect for making dinners and snacks. Highly recommend!!

"This was our second stay at this condo and we already can’t wait to come back again! The place is spotless, well-maintained, and in an unbeatable location—just steps from the beach. One of our favorite features is the private soaking pool in the backyard, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The kitchen is well-stocked, which made it easy to cook a few meals when we didn’t feel like going out. That said, the condo is also within easy walking distance to great bars and restaurants, so we had the best of both worlds. The neighborhood feels very safe and peaceful, and we loved how convenient the free Frog Hop transportation service was—it took us anywhere we wanted to go. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located beach getaway!

Wonderful stay.

"My family and I had a wonderful stay. (We have 5 little ones) We had trouble getting into the room, Travis answered right away and had a quick solution. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was beautiful and clean. He provided plenty of towels, I loved that the condo came with a washer and dryer! I couldn’t have had a better experience. We will definitely go back to this property on our next vacation to this area!
