We rented both 1123 and 1125 units for our recent beach getaway. It was in celebration of our twins’ 21st birthday and both units offered us the flexibility to have rotating friends come and spend some time with us, with enough room for all to sleep. The units were both very clean, so nicely decorated, plenty of TVs so that everyone really did have their choice in what to watch. In addition, we were able to bring our dogs, which eliminated a lot of stress for us on this trip. We really did have such a wonderful time! The beautiful Crescent Beach was about a 5-minute walk, really good restaurants were also within walking distance. Siesta Key Village was a short drive, as well as other shopping spots. The beds were comfortable and the towel supply and beach accessories were very much appreciated. The owners of the properties did come by to check on us and my husband was able to meet and talk with them. Super nice couple – they asked if we had everything we needed or if we had any questions. That was also very much appreciated!
Overall – absolutely would rent these units again, and will absolutely recommend to others!
