We have been coming every year for over 15 years and other than some very nice outdoor upgrades (tiki hut style dining areas and built-in grills with patio and bar) everything remains the same and is so reminiscent of “Old Florida”. The 6 unit condo is well maintained and the apartments are very clean. The kitchen is well stocked if you enjoy cooking in. The property manager is very responsive if you need anything. But the best part is the location – with its pristine, peaceful beach, natural Florida foliage, no high rise buildings to obstruct the views, quaint shops and restaurants with friendly ambiance and great local seafood. And if you prefer more upscale shops and dining, Venice is only 10 minutes away. Love, love, love this place!
