We had a multi-generational family beach trip of 10 people ranging in age from 71 – 7. Seven adults and three children. The house was perfect for our needs. A total of 5 bedrooms with 5 1/2 baths was perfect. One of the bedrooms had 4 bunk beds in it. All the other rooms had their own bathroom. There was also a bathroom near the large laundry room and beach equipment storage area.
House is well located just north of Villano Beach and about 4 miles from the bridge to St Augustine. Publix and other necessities were located in Villano Beach.
Beautiful sunrises with the house right on the beach. Great Room and Kitchen were well appointed. Plenty of space for a large group and looking right out at the beach with private beach access. No public access to beach nearby so no issue with crowds.
