Clean well appointed and up to date. Short weekend getaway for the Hogfish AMI swim. No issues with clear communication regarding procedures. Pool was very inviting. Only suggestion is extra toilet paper and back up toiletries. Just in case. Since it was a weekend get away we forgot those items and had to run out for those
